Pocket Points

There is an awesome app for your phone becoming popular here at NWU. It’s called Pocket Points. Once it is downloaded, you can simply sign in with your Facebook account and start earning points. The app automatically calculates points while you have your phone locked but you must either have the Pocket Points app open or your phone locked.  This promotes students to stay away from their phones during class (which you obviously do anyway).

You can use points to get discounts at restaurants and stores in Lincoln. Some of my personal favorites are Panda Express, Tom and Chee, and B-Dubs. The cool thing about it is the more people at Wesleyan logged in to Pocket Points, the quicker you earn points. So make sure you get some of your friends to download the app as well! As a special WITS gift, enjoy any of these fabulous promo codes. Use c@6hX, CJS4d, or r6Rta to get 10 points right off the bat! Pocket Points tracks your location and it doesn’t work in any of the residence halls (trust me, I tried) so make sure you have it on in class to maximize your rewards.
